Maddie Diaz
About Maddie
A left-handed slapper and outfielder, Maddie was named to the North Carolina all-state team as a sophomore after helping Weddington complete an undefeated season and win the 7A state championship, delivering hits in key moments of the title series against D.H. Conley. She was also an All-Southern Carolina Conference selection.
Her speed out of the left side puts constant pressure on infield defenses, and her range in the outfield lets her track down balls in the gaps. She has competed in the power and premier pools of top tournaments across the country through the summer circuit.
